By accessing the Website, scheduling an appointment, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Sposa Jewellery and Gemstones is a fine jewellery brand based in Doha, State of Qatar, operating two business lines:

Retail operations — conducted through our physical office in Doha, which welcomes and assists customers in person and manages company operations, in accordance with the applicable requirements of Qatari law
2. Eligibility
By using this Website and placing an order or booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Qatar.
3. Products & Product Descriptions
3.1 We make every effort to accurately describe and display our jewellery, including materials (18k gold) and gemstones (including natural gemstones such as diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and pearls).
3.2 As many of our pieces are handcrafted and feature natural gemstones, slight variations in color, clarity, size, and pattern are natural characteristics of genuine gemstones and not defects. Each piece is unique.
3.3 Colors and finishes may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings, lighting, and photography; we aim for full accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact visual match to the physical item in every respect.
3.4 Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a piece, or correct listing errors (including pricing errors) at any time.
4. Pricing & "Price on Request" Items
4.1 Prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR), inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as noted at checkout.
4.2 Certain pieces are marked "Price on Request." For these items, please contact us directly through the Website's contact form, WhatsApp, or email, or visit our Doha office, to receive current pricing before any purchase is finalized. No sale is confirmed until price and availability have been mutually agreed upon in writing.
4.3 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing payment in such cases.
5. Orders, Payment & Appointments
5.1 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
5.2 Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for bespoke or commissioned pieces).
5.3 We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely; Sposa does not store your full payment card details.
5.4 Appointments booked through the Website are for in-person consultation, viewing, or fitting at our Doha office, and are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
5.5 All orders are final upon confirmation. By confirming your order and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final. Please see Section 7 below.
6. Order Finality — No Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations
6.1 Given the exclusive, handcrafted, and high-value nature of our jewellery, once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, it is final. Sposa Jewellery and Gemstones does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order, whether purchased online or in person at our Doha office.
6.2 In place of a return or refund, every piece you purchase is accompanied by a certification from Sposa Jewellery and Gemstones, confirming the authenticity of the materials and gemstones described at the time of your purchase. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every piece we sell.
6.3 We encourage all customers to review product details, images, and — where relevant — arrange a consultation or in-person viewing at our Doha office before confirming a purchase, to ensure the piece meets your expectations.
6.4 This policy applies equally to standard and customized/personalized pieces.
7. Authenticity & Certification
7.1 Sposa Jewellery and Gemstones guarantees that all gold content and gemstones described as natural are genuine and as represented at the time of sale.
7.2 Every purchase includes relevant certification documenting the authenticity of the piece.
8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 We ship orders from Doha, Qatar to destinations within Qatar, across the region, and internationally worldwide.
8.2 Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation and will vary depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs processes or factors outside our control.
8.3 Given the value of our pieces, all orders are shipped using secure, trackable, and insured delivery methods. A signature is required upon delivery.
8.4 For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
8.5 Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on this Website — including images, product designs, logos, text, and branding — is the property of Sposa Jewellery and Gemstones and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
