At Sposa Jewellery and Gemstones, every piece is carefully selected, crafted, and prepared to the highest standard. Given the exclusive and high-value nature of our jewellery, all orders are final once confirmed and paid for. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations, whether purchased online or in person at our Doha office.

In place of a return or refund, every piece you purchase from Sposa is accompanied by our own certification of authenticity, confirming the materials and gemstones described at the time of your purchase. This certification is our commitment to the quality and integrity of every piece we sell.

We warmly encourage you to review your selection carefully — including product details, images, and gemstone information — or to book a consultation at our Doha office before confirming your order, so that your piece is exactly right for you.
